Cycas Hospitality today announced two senior appointments to further strengthen the hotel management company’s leadership team, as it continues its expansion across Europe.
Keith Griffiths has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer and joins Cycas Hospitality following a series of senior leadership roles, including as Managing Director of Atlas and Starboard Hotels. Griffiths will lead the operational divisions across the UK & Ireland alongside Julia Harnischfeger recently appointed to oversee the operational direction of the continental European portfolio.
Griffiths said: “Cycas is an outstanding company with a stunning portfolio of branded and independent properties. I’m very much looking forward to helping achieve Cycas’ ambitious goals for hotel performance, talent development and further growth.”
Rosa Ceparano joins Cycas as Chief Financial Officer, leading a team of over 60 Finance and IT specialists across Europe. Based in Amsterdam and having formerly held positions at Hotel Co 51 and Vastint Hospitality, Rosa brings exceptional hotel operational finance experience to her new role.
Ceparano added: “I am thrilled to be joining Cycas Hospitality as Chief Financial Officer, as the company continues its impressive growth across Europe. These appointments underpin a period of rapid growth for the hotel management company, with over 55 hotels across twelve European countries.
