A fresh new rooftop experience 🌇

@pocketsquarelondon Skyline Bar & Terrace unveils the Doppelgärden Summer Spritz Terrace in partnership with Battersea-based @doghousedistillery Distillery. Located on the ninth floor of @hyattplacelondoncityeast Place London City East, PocketSquare is celebrated for its inventive cocktails and panoramic views spanning from Canary Wharf and the Docklands to iconic landmarks such as The Gherkin.

This seasonal terrace features a bespoke spritz menu developed by Head Mixologist Lucrezia Frosutto and her team, in collaboration with Doghouse – London’s only multi-category grain-to-bottle distillery, recognised for its bold, modern approach and small-batch craftsmanship.

The certification follows a multi-stage process, assessing key factors such as quality, innovation, economic stability, and resource management to create a clear roadmap for a more sustainable future.
