Jim’s Kitchen & Bar, located in Slough, embarked on a transformative journey to revamp its branding and market positioning. The existing visual identity, menus, and in-store signage were dated, which did not reflect a modern dining experience.
Initially catering mainly to internal hotel guests, the rebrand aimed to attract external visitors and elevate the dining experience. With a desire to increase revenue and visibility in the local market, a comprehensive brand strategy was crafted to reshape the restaurant’s identity, expand its customer base, and enhance its profitability.
Cycas Hospitality Marketing oversaw an in-depth research phase, reviewing local competitive offerings, market trends in the Slough and Greater London restaurant scene and emerging consumer preferences. Feedback from existing customers was also solicited to understand the current perception of the restaurant & menu options. A new brand strategy was crafted, including brand positioning, personality, core messaging and a complete suite of creative elements including a new name for the space.
