For a small number of long-term partners, we also offer advisory services, including Asset Management and Consulting, utilising our deep, industry expertise and systems to help realise these partners’ transformational agendas.
We work with a broad range of hotel investors, from listed financial institutions to private equity firms to HNW families. We pride ourselves on being flexible and creative in the way we structure these partnerships, prioritising the needs and objectives of our investors.

Cycas has partnered on the construction of more than 25 new-build properties, and in the rebranding and refurbishment of more than ten hotels. Through these experiences, we have established strong relationships with a wide range of designers, construction partners and global brands.
